1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tzimtzum application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Subscription Terms
Tzimtzum offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium content, courses, and features within the App.Subscription Title: Tzimtzum PremiumSubscription Length: Monthly (1 month) or Annual (12 months)Price: As displayed at the time of purchase in the App and on the App StoreAuto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current periodBilling: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchaseRenewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription periodCancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing periodFree Trial: If a free trial is offered, unused portions of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscriptionTo manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
3. Use of the App
Tzimtzum grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without permissionReverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the AppUse the App for any unlawful purposeShare your account credentials with others
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content within the Tzimtzum App, including but not limited to courses, lessons, quizzes, audio, graphics, and text, is owned by Tzimtzum and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our express written permission.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.tzimtzum.co/privacy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tzimtzum does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tzimtzum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the App under Profile Settings. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm receipt via email and permanently delete your account and associated data within 48 hours. Note that cancelling your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID account settings.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
