Download the Tzimtzum app and tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen. You can register using your email address. Once registered, you will have immediate access to your courses and progress.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link in your inbox. Follow the link to create a new password and log back in.

How do I track my progress?
Your progress is automatically saved as you complete lessons, quizzes, and activities. You can view your course progress at any time from your profile.

What are the quizzes for?
After each lesson, a short quiz helps you consolidate what you have learned. Quizzes are designed to deepen your understanding and ensure the teachings stay with you. A passing score unlocks points and rewards to keep you motivated on your journey.

What are the practical activities?
Each lesson includes a practical activity, a real-world exercise designed to bring the wisdom of that lesson into your daily life. These activities support genuine inner growth by connecting study to lived experience.

Can I revisit lessons I have already completed?
Yes. All completed lessons remain fully accessible. You can return to any lesson, quiz, or activity at any time to review or deepen your practice.

My app is not loading or behaving unexpectedly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, ensure your app is updated to the latest version. If you are still experiencing problems, contact us and we will look into it promptly.
